摘    要:用稀酸、稀碱、蒸馏水分别提取巴楚蘑菇多糖,结果表明,用水提法具有简便易行、提取率高等优点。以水为提取剂,同时选用果胶酶处理显著提高了多糖提取率,用蒽酮法测得巴楚蘑菇多糖平均含量达8.7%左右。

Polysaccharide Drawing and Its Contents Determination of Wild Bachu Mushroom

Abstract:Polysaccharide was separately drawn with rare acid, rare alkali and distilled water from wild Bachu mushroom. The result showed that the method drawing polysaccharide with distilled water, which can be done simply and conveniently, is superior to the former two; and at the same time it was notably improved in increasing polysaccharide drawing rate with water formulation, dealt with pectic enzyme. It was determined that average polysaccharide content in Bachu mushroom reached about 8.7% by anthracene ketone methods.
