屯垦戍边环境变化分析

兵团成立50多年以来,特别是改革开放以来,兵团屯垦戍边的环境已经发生了很大的变化,本文对屯垦戍边的政治、经济、文化、军事环境的变化进行分析,在此基础上提出兵团屯垦戍边的目标、内容、管理体制和形式要与这种环境的变化相适应,以促进兵团屯垦戍边事业在新的环境下更上一层楼,更好履行屯垦戍边的使命。

On the Change of the Environment of the Policy of Cultivating and Guarding the Frontier

It has been 50 years since the foundation of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps whose environment of the policy of cultivating and guarding the frontier has made great change especially after the reform and opening-up policy.The article analyzed the change of the policy,economy,culture and military in the environment of cultivating and guarding the frontier,and based-on above,puts forward the purpose,content,the management systems and forms of cultivating and guarding the frontier of Corps adjusting to the change of the environment,so as to further promote the enterprise of cultivating and guarding the frontier of Corps under the new environment and better fulfill the mission of cultivating and guarding the frontier.
