摘    要:以骏枣1号、妈妈枣、猴头枣3个枣品种为试材,采用I-KI染色法、花粉离体培养法,结合显微镜镜检,对不同培养基条件下花粉发芽率和花粉管长度进行了研究。结果表明:供试品种枣品种花粉量差异不显著、花粉生活力和发芽率明显不同,花粉量、花粉生活力与花粉发芽率相关性不大。不同枣品种花粉萌发和花粉管伸长所需的硼酸,蔗糖和琼脂浓度略有差异,较合适的硼酸浓度为0.01%,蔗糖浓度为10%~15%,琼脂浓度为1%。

Abstract:Combining with microscope, the I - KI dyeing method, pollen in vitro culture method, were used, the pollen germination rate and pollen tubes length of 3 cuhivars of Chinese jujube (Ziziphus jujuba M ill. ) were tested under the conditions of different cul- ture medium . The resuhs showed that there were no significant difference on pollen numbers, and there were significant difference on germination rate and viability among different jujube, there was no relevant between the pollen numbers, pollen viability and germina- tion rate. Pollen germination and pollen tube elongation of different varieties need different concentration of boric acid, sugar and agar, the appropriate boric acid concentration was 0.01%, sucrose concentration was 10 - 15%, agar concentration was 1%.
