| 摘 要： | 为确定盐穗木总生物碱最佳提取工艺，采用超声波提取法、索氏提取法、乙醇加热提取法、酸水提取法四种方法提取盐穗木总碱，考察粗提物的提取率，确定最佳的提取方法。结果显示：超声波提取法提取率最高，总碱含量为0．993mg／100mg，总碱质量百分数为0．23％；酸水提取法提取率其次，总碱含量为0．520mg／100mg，总碱质量百分数为0．22％；索氏提取法，总碱含量为0．477mg／100mg，总碱质量百分数为0．04％；乙醇加热提取法，总碱含量为0．404mg／100mg，总碱质量百分数为0．04％。研究表明：以氯仿为溶剂，用超声波提取法提取盐穗木总碱，提取率最高。

| Abstract: | In order to determine the extraction percentage of total alkaloids from Halostachyscaspica,the methods of total alkaloids'extraction were used ultrasonic extraction,Soxhlet extraction,ethanol heated backstreaming extraction and acid extraction respectively to determine the optimal extraction method with extraction rate of total alkaloids.The results showed: the best method was ultrasonic extraction by which the content of total alkaloids was 0.993 mg/100mg and the qualitative percentage of content in total ... |
