摘    要:通过对棉秆进行粉碎,采用不同的微贮方法,分析其营养成分以及对游离棉酚的降解作用,其结果与未处理棉秆比较,发现棉秆微贮后其营养价值有明显提高,CP提高了1.69%,Cfat提高了4.03%,Cfibre降低了8.45%。游离棉酚含量平均下降了36.2ppm。不同微贮方法的效果也有差异,其中加硫酸亚铁法提高营养价值和降低游离棉酚的效果最明显。

Abstract:We analyzed the nutritional cornponent and breakage of free gossypol in cotton rods,Which were ground and stored up in different microbial ways. Compared with the untreated group,thenutritional Value of experimental group had been significently mereased. The Contents of CP (crudeprotein ) and crude fat, had increased by 1. 69% and 4. 03% respectively, and the contents of crudefibre and free gossypol had decreased by 8. 45% and 36. 2 ppm, respectively Vdifferent microbialstoring-up methods caused different resulets. The result of adding FeSO4 to cotton rods is the mosteffective for increasing nutritional value and decreasing the contents of free gossypol in cotton rods.
