摘    要:采用蒽酮法测定了甘草浸膏中还原糖及总糖的含量,通过实验确定了测定的最佳条件,方法准确度高,重现性好,操作简便,快速。

Abstract:In this paqer,the content of reducing sugar and total sugar in glycyrrhiza extracts were measured with the anthracenone method, and the optimal conditions of measurement were established. This method embraces such advantages as high accuracy, good repeatability as well as simple and rapid conduction.
