冬小麦杂种F_2代生物学产量、收获指数的研究

摘    要:以6个杂交组合的F_2、F_1;群体及相应的亲本为材料,对组合F_2代的生物学产量、收获指数等性状的遗传相关性进行了分析,测定了各性状的广义遗传力值,计算和分析了各性状对单株粒重的相关遗传进度。结果表明;(1)生物学产量、收获指数与单株粒重有较高的遗传正相关,生物学产量、收获指数间具有中低度遗传负相关。性状间的遗传相关性表现因组合不同而不同。(2)收获指数、株高的广义遗传力值较高,而生物学产量、单株粒重的广义遗传力值较低。广义遗传力值因组合不同而表现有差异.(3)株高、生物学产量对单株粒重的相关遗传进度(相对值)均小于100%.收获指数对单株粒重的相关遗传进度(相对值)平均为110%.并且在生物学产量表现高的组合,其相关遗传进度(相对值)更高,达140%以上。

Abstract:The F_2,F_1, population and relevant parents of six cross combinations wereaccessions. The analyses was carried out on the genetic correlation of biological yield , har-vest index, and other characters in crosses F2,To determine the values of broad sense heri-tability of each characters. To count and analyse the correlative genetic advances of eachcharacters on grain weight perplant' The results showed that: (1)The genetic positive corre-lation of biological yield, havest index to grain weight per plant were higher. The geneticnegative correlation between biological yield and harvest index was under the medium or thelower degree. The performances of genetic correlation among characters differ in differentcombinations. (2) The values of broad sense heritability of harvest index'plant height werehigher, but the values of broad sense heritability of biological yield grain weight per plantwere lower. The values of broad sense heritability were different for different combinations.(3) The correlative genetic advances (relative values) of plant height biological yield tograin weight Per plant were lower, averaging was 110%. The correlative genetic advance (rel-ative value) of the combination which have higher performance in biological yield much high-er, over 140%
