| 摘 要： | 在Linux系统下构建基于Web的微生物信息资源平台,以BLAST和Primer3为基础功能模块,实现核酸相似性检索及引物设计。构建的微生物信息资源平台具有使用简单、保密性强、便于扩展等优点,通过与实验室微生物数据库连接整合,可对数据充分挖掘和利用,以期对微生物资源研究作出贡献。

| Abstract: | Construct the information source platform of Microbiology based on web under Linux system.The basic modules are BLAST and Primer 3,they can realize basic local align search of nucleic acid and design primer.The information resource platform of microbiology based on web is simple to use,secure and easy to expand.It can make full use of data according to integration of local microbiology database,hoping that it can contribute to research in microorganism resources. |
