施肥对干旱区土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:在植棉条件下,设七种不同施肥处理。通过1996~1998三年定位试验,结果表明,施肥使土壤中过氧化氨酶、转化酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶的活性较不施肥对照均有不同程度的提高。过氧化氢酶活性增幅较小,最大增幅仅为13.06%.而转化酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶的活性增幅较大,最大增幅分别为73.21%、101.10%、67.65%,其中脲酶活性增加最多。单施有机肥(棉籽饼、棉杆)处理酶活性的增幅多高于单施化肥(尿素+重过磷酸钙)处理,但以有机肥结合施用化肥处理酶活性的增加幅度最大。

Abstract:Activity of four different enzymes in soil, namely catalase, transferase, urease, alkaline phosphatease, all increased in seven different fertilizing treatments during 1996~ 1998. Activity of catalase had the lowest increasement (maximum 13. 6 per cent), urease highest (maximum, 101. 10 per cent),transferase and alkaline, 73. 21 per cent and 67. 65 per cent respectively. In these treatments, chemical fertilizer plus organic fertilizer had the highest increase
