| 摘 要： | 本实验用溴乙酸制备的活性酯与苦马豆素（SW）反应得到季铵盐，与牛血清白蛋白（BSA）偶联后，产物经透析、冻干后呈白色片状结晶。通过化学检验，制备的结晶为SW—BSA人工抗原，经SDS—PAGE电泳分析，分子量为29．0Kda，平均每个牛血清蛋白分子上结合47个季铵盐分子。将SW—BSA免疫小鼠后，采用间接ELISA实验检测血清抗体效价，结果表明合成的人工抗原具有较好的免疫原性，为动物小花棘豆中毒的防治奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | In this experiment the quaternary salt was synthesized from the swainsonine and active ester which prepared from bromoacetic acid,Then it was coupled with the BSA.The product was dialysed and lyophilized to obtain crystal of white needle.SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the molecular weight of the product was 59.5 KDa.Each BSA molecule combined 47 molecules of quaternary salt after determination.Then the mice were immunized with SW-BSA,the serum titers were detected using indirect ELISA.The result showed that ... |
