广西野生稻资源保护现状及育种应用研究进展

摘    要:广西是我国现存野生稻分布点最多的省(区)之一,野生稻资源丰富。文章介绍了广西野生稻资源保护概况、野生稻优异基因挖掘与评鉴情况及野生稻育种应用现状,认为稳定经费支持力度,加强对广西野生稻资源收集及原位、异位保护的力度,建立健全资源共享平台及合作模式是可持续利用研究的重要保障,今后应利用现代分子生物高新技术加大对广西野生稻资源抗虫、抗病、抗胁迫等优异基因资源的评鉴、定位和克隆,利用连续回交、复交及分子标记辅助选择等手段,加快野生稻优异种质资源在水稻育种和材料创新上的应用。

Abstract:Because of its abundance in wild rice resources,Guangxi is known as one of the best wild rice production provinces(region).Based on the brief introduction of Guangxi wild rice resources,the quality of wild rice gene as well as its application status were explored and evaluated.It was induced that the sustainable utilization and research of wild rice could be achieved by stabilizing funds support,strengthening collection,exercising conservation of wild rice resources,establishing resources sharing platform,and improving cooperative model.In the future,modern molecular biological high-tech should be introduced to evaluate,localize,and clone quality wild rice gene in order to combat against insect pests,diseases,and stresses.Furthermore,consecutive backcross,multiple cross,and molecular marker-assisted selection should be adopted to accelerate the use of elite wild rice resources in rice breeding and material innovation.
