摘    要:目的]评价5个水稻材料对褐飞虱和白叶枯病的抗性,为培育兼抗褐飞虱和白叶枯病的水稻品种提供材料.方法]选用9311(不含抗褐飞虱基因)、Mudgo(含Bph1基因)、Rathu Heenati(含Bph3基因)、Swarnalata(含Bph6基因)和Pokkali(含Bph9基因)等5个常规水稻材料,分别采用苗期集团法和磷营养胁迫下人工剪叶接种法进行水稻材料对褐飞虱和白叶枯病的抗性评价.结果]含抗褐飞虱基因的水稻材料Pokkali、Swarnalata、Rathu Heenati和Mudgo在40 mg/L磷营养胁迫下对白叶枯病表现出中抗水平,而在0.25 mg/L磷营养胁迫下则表现较高的抗性水平,其中,Pokkali在常规褐飞虱抗性鉴定和磷营养胁迫下白叶枯病抗性鉴定中均表现出较高的抗性水平.结论]低磷营养胁迫可作为增强水稻抗白叶枯病的有效途径之一;水稻材料Pokkali对褐飞虱和白叶枯病均具有较高的抗性,可作为选育兼抗型水稻新品种的亲源.

Abstract:【Objective】An experiment was conducted to evaluate rice resistance to brown planthopper (BPH) and bacterial leaf blight (BLB) in order to provide references for breeding rice varieties resistance to BPH and BLB. 【Method】Five conventional rice varieties viz., 9311 (no anti-brown planthopper gene), Mudgo (with Bph1), Rathu Heenati(with Bph3), Swarnalata(with Bph6) and Pokkali(with Bph9) were used to identify resistance to BPH mixed-biotype of nanning] and BLB strong-pathogenic bacteria of Fangchenggang] using seedling bulk test and artificial clipping leaf method with phosphorus stress. 【Result】The rice lines (Pokkali, Swarnalata, Rathu Heenati and Mudgo) were moderately resistant to BLB under 40 mg/L of phosphorus stress, and high resistant to BLB under 0.25 mg/L of phosphorus stress. Pokkali showed high resistance in conventional BPH identification and BLB under phosphorus stress. 【Conclusion】It could be an effective way to improve rice resistance to BLB under low phosphorus stress. Considering its high resistance to BPH and BLB, Pokkali could be used as resistant breeding material.
