农业多功能协调性研究——以陕西省为例

【目的】以陕西省为研究区域，从协调性的角度研究农业多功能，完善农业多功能理论，并为陕西省农业结构调整提供理论依据。【方法】根据2000~2010年陕西省农业及农村发展数据，采用协调度模型分析农业多功能协调度的动态变化。【结果】陕西省农业经济功能已经呈现出协调发展的状态，但社会功能和生态功能仍然处于失调状态；整体上陕西省农业多功能一直处于失调状态，但与2000年的极度失调相比，2010年的失调状况有了极大好转。【建议】政府部门应该统筹城乡发展、促进农业收益的提高，严格保护耕地、提高耕地质量，加强农业生态环境建设，以实现陕西省农业经济、社会、生态功能的协调发展。

Harmony of agricultural multi-functionality ——A case study of Shaanxi Province

【Objective】This study aimed to perfect the agricultural multi-functionality theory from the harmonic perspective in order to provide a theoretical basis for agricultural structure adjustments in Shaanxi Province. 【Method】According to the data of agriculture and rural development during 2000-2010 in Shaanxi， the harmony coefficient model was used to estimate the dynamic changes in the harmony coefficient of agricultural multi-functionality. 【Result】It was found that the economic function of agriculture was coordinated with development， but the social function and ecological function remained in the disorder state. The agricultural multi-functionality in Shaanxi has always been in a state of dissonance. However， compared with the state of extreme imbalance in 2000， the situation greatly improved in 2010. 【Suggestion】The government should consider coordinating urban and rural development to increase agricultural income， strictly protecting arable land to improve the farmland quality， and strengthening the protection and construction of ecological environment in order to strike harmonious development of agricultural economic， social， and ecological fuctions in Shaanxi Province.
