摘    要:【目的】筛选出一种实用、安全、价廉的百合切花预处理液,延长东方百合切花的保鲜期,提高其商品质量。【方法】以东方百合‘Sorbonne’为试材,用不同浓度(10、20、30 mg/L)的6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)对百合切花进行瓶插处理,然后测定其花蕾开放时间、单朵花期、整体花期、鲜重变化,并分析测定百合切花衰老过程中的生理效应。【结果】与清水对照处理相比,6-BA保鲜处理可推迟第1花蕾、第2花蕾的开放时间,延长单朵花期及整体花期,增加花枝鲜重;在切花花瓣生理效应方面,6-BA处理后可有效延缓可溶性蛋白质降解、减缓脯氨酸含量上升、降低丙二醛(MDA)含量。【结论】6-BA对延缓百合切花衰老进程、推迟开花、延长贮藏期的效果良好,可作为百合切花田间采收后的预处理液进行推广,建议使用浓度为30 mg/L。

Abstract:【Objective】This research aimed to screen out a practical, safe, and inexpensive pre-treating solution to apply to lily flowers in order to prolong the preservation period and to improve the sale quality of oriental lily. 【Method】Using the oriental lily Sorbonne as the test material, with different concentrations (10, 20, 30 mg/L) of 6-BA added onto cut lily flowers during the vase preservation treatment, the buds blooming period, single flower blossoming period, whole flowering period, and fresh weight variations were determined and the physiological indexes of cut lily flowers during the withering process were analyzed. 【Result】In comparison to the results of the control group, the data from the tested group showed that the 6-BA treatment could effectively delay the 1st and 2nd flower bud blossoming period, prolong the single flower blossoming period and whole flowering period, and increase flower’s fresh weight. In terms of the flower petal physiology, the 6-BA treatment could effectively delay the degradation of soluble protein, decelerate the increasing proline content, and decrease the malondialdehyde (MDA) content. 【Conclusion】The 6-BA preservative treatment was efficiently effective for delaying the withering of lily cut flower, prolonging the flower blossoming process and the storage duration, thus this pretreatment solution should be widely promoted and utilized for post-picking lily flowers. The recommended usage concentration was 30 mg/L.
