| 摘 要： | 目的观察补脾益气汤治打高度近视黄斑出血的临床打效〔方法将高度近视黄斑出血患者51例(71只眼)采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，观察组26例(36只眼)，给予补脾益气汤治打;对照组25例(35只眼)，给予芦丁片、维生素C片及维生素K、片口服，妥妥碘肌注治打}, 2周为1个打程，共治打3个打程〔结果观察组总有效率为88.90Ic，对照组总有效率为77.1 0Ic，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05 )，观察组打效优于对照组、结论补脾益气汤治打高度近视黄斑出血打效显著、

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Bupi Yiqi decoction on high myopia with macular hemorrhage. Methods 71 eyes of 51 patients with high myopia with macular hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 36eyes of 26 patients in treatment group were treated with Bupi Yiqi decoction, while 35eyes of 25 patients in control group with Rutin tablets, Vitamin C tablets, Vitamin I}4 tablets and prolonium lodide injection. ResultsThe total effective rate was 87.4% in treatment group and 72.8% in control group(P<0.05). Conclulion Bupi Yiqi decotion is markedly effective for high myopia wtith macular hemotthage. |
