复配头孢噻呋对大肠杆菌的药敏试验

摘    要:试验用3株大肠杆菌标准株和2株地方分离株,选择氯霉素、乳酸环丙沙星、利福平、磺胺-6-甲氧嘧啶钠、氟苯尼考、头孢噻呋和抗菌增效剂舒巴坦钠、TMP进行药敏试验,比较几种药物单一或与增效剂合用对大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果。试验结果表明:(1)大肠杆菌对头孢噻呋均无耐药性,其它的药物不同程度耐药;(2)头孢噻呋与舒巴坦或TMP复配体外抑菌效果明显,3﹕1配比抑菌效果最好,表明头孢噻呋与舒巴坦或TMP复配具有增效作用,舒巴坦的增效作用优于TMP。

Reconstituted Ceftiofur Sodium Drug Sensitivity Test against E.coli

Abstract:Three standard and two isolated strains of E.coli were used for drug sensitivity test on Chloramphenicol, Ciprofloxacin Lactate, Rifampicin, sulfamonomethoxine, Florfenicol, Ceftiofur Sodium as well as the antimicrobial synergists sulbactam sodium and TMP. The bacteriostasis results of the antibiotics against E.coli In vitro were compared when they were used separately or combined with the synergist. The result showed that: (1) E.coli has no resistance against Ceftiofur, and others showed various degrees of resistance. (2) The resistant result was apparent when Ceftiofur was used together with sulbactam or TMP at a ratio of 3:1, so the effect of Ceftiofur could be enhanced by sulbactam or TMP, and sulbactam worked better than TMP.
