摘 要: | 自1994年建立了农杆菌介导的粳稻高效遗传转化体系以来,在短短十几年里取得了飞速发展。概述了农杆菌介导水稻遗传转化的研究历史和原理、影响农杆菌介导水稻转化体系的重要因素、转基因水稻的特点和外源基因的稳定性,并探讨了农杆菌介导水稻遗传转化研究中存在的问题与对策。

Abstract: | Since the establishment of the Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated rice transformation in 1994, many improvements have been made in the past ten years. In this review, the history and principles of the transformation method, genetic factors affecting transformation efficiency and stability of the foreign genes were discussed. Finally the challenges and perspectives of the useful transformation method for rice functional genomics and biotechnology were presented. |
