棉花子叶衰老过程中的生理生化变化

摘    要:以棉花子叶为材料,对子叶衰老过程中的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量、干物重,三种保护酶(超氧化物歧化酶,过氧化物酶,过氧化氢酶)活性,以及丙二醛含量的变化进行研究。发现子叶在出土后19d开始衰老;叶绿素含量变化在很大程度上与SOD和CAT活性变化存在正相关,与MDA的含量变化负相关,但与POD活性变化不存在相关性。

Abstract:During the period of senescence of cotton cotyledons changes in chlorophyll, soluble protein, and dry material contents and in the activities of some antioxidant enzymes (superoxide dismutase, catalase and peroxidas) were analyzed, as well as malondialdehyde contents. The onset of senescence could be detected on the day 18. Significant changes in chlorophll content were, in most case, correlated with changes in activities of the superoxide dismutase and catalase,negative correlated with malondialdehyde contents, but the activities of peroxides were not follow that.
