| 摘 要： | 从开拓不育系新质源、扩大保持系遗传基础、改进不育系选育方法和转变不育系育种目标等方面综述了近年来中国在水稻籼型三系不育系选育中取得的进展,提出了水稻籼型三系不育系育种的主攻方向,认为围绕不育系的综合育种目标,应用常规与生物技术相结合的育种技术,进行种质创新及亲本遗传背景改良是今后水稻籼型三系不育系育种的关键。

| Abstract: | The progress made in the breeding of indica CMS lines in China was reviewed in this paper, such as the increase of cytoplasmic types of CMS lines, the extension of the genetic elements of maintaining lines, the improvement of the breeding methods of the CMS lines and the change in the goals of breeding the CMS lines. It is thought that the key to breeding the CMS lines is to combine the general technique with the biotechnique, improve idioplasm resources and the genetic elements of parent so as to achieve the synthetic goals of breeding indica CMS lines. |
