| 摘 要： | 基于我们自己的研究实践和设想，对高粱体细胞无性系变异育种的几个主要问题进行了分析讨论，指出高梁体细胞无性系变异育种是一种比较实用和有效的育种技术，进一步开展高粱体细胞人工诱变筛选育种具有很重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Based on our research experiences and tentative plans, utilization of somaclonal Variants in Sorghum were discussed. It was especially pointed out that sorghum somaclonal variants screening is an effective and practical breeding method, and more research on artificial variation induction and indoor variation screening should be done. |
