福建省乳腺癌靶向药物治疗费用负担分析与对策建议

目的 探讨福建省乳腺癌靶向药物治疗的现状，分析其治疗费用负担，为重特大疾病医保政策的制定提供参考依据。方法 查阅福建省九地市医疗保险管理中心信息系统中录入的2011年1月～2015年12月21岁以上参保妇女数据库信息，提取乳腺癌患者资料及治疗费用，采用SPSS 21.0进行统计分析。结果 赫赛汀的使用量由2011年389支逐渐上升至2015年的2 398支，呈现持续增长趋势（P<0.001）；靶向治疗显著提高了医疗费用（P<0.001），相对提高了自付的比例（P<0.001），提高了乳腺癌患者因费用因素而中止治疗的比例（P<0.001）。结论 减轻乳腺癌等大病患者的治疗费用负担关键在于完善重特大疾病医疗保障体系，降低靶向药物治疗费用。

Expense Burden Analysis and Countermeasures in Treatment of Breast Cancer with Targeted Drugs in Fujian Province

Objective To explore the current status of breast cancer targeted drug therapy in Fujian province, and analyze the economic burden of the treatment, so to provide a reference for the establishment of medical insurance policy of major catastrophic disease. Methods Obtaining the breast cancer patients'' data of informational system at nine cities'' medical insurance management center in Fujian province from 2011 to 2015, and the expense of treatment. A statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS21.0. Results Herceptin usage by 389 rising in 2011 to 2015 in 2398, showed a trend of sustained growth (P<0.001). Targeted therapy significantly improved the medical expenses (P<0.001). Relative to greatly increase the proportion of out-of-pocket (P<0.001). To improve the treatment of breast cancer patients due to cost factors to suspend the proportion (P<0.001). Conclusion The key of reducing the economic burden of patients with breast cancer and other serious illness is to improve the medical insurance system for major catastrophic diseases, and reduce the expense of targeted drugs.
