补肾活血针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的 观察补肾活血针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 将80例患者随机分为2组，观察组40例用补肾活血针法治疗，对照组40例采用常规针刺方法治疗。所有患者治疗前后均采用腰腿痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、腰痛疾患疗效评定表（JOA）及直腿抬高检测评价3个观察指标进行疗效评定。结果 治疗后，观察组的VAS疼痛积分降低较对照组显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的JOA得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的直腿抬高检测评价优良率明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）；观察组治愈率为50.0%，总有效率为97.5％；对照组分别为32.5%、87.5％，两组治愈率、总有效率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 补肾活血针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效较好，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Reinforcing Kidney and Activating Blood Acupuncture Method for the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To observe the curative effect of reinforcing kidney and activating blood (RKAB) acupuncture method for lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases of patients with PKAB acupuncture method as the observation group, 40 cases of patients received a normal acupuncture group as the control group. The effect of patients before and after the treatment was evaluated by the three observation indexes of visual analogue scale (VAS), JOA score and the straight leg-raising test. Results After the treatment, compared with the control group, the VAS score of observation group was significantly decreased, and the difference has statistically significance(P<0.05). The JOA score of the observation group was higher than the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of the straight leg-raising test in observation group was obviously higher than the control group(P<0.01). The recovery rate in the observation group was 50.0% and total effective rate was 97.5%, and the control group was 32.5% and 87.5%, respectively. The recovery rate and total effective rate in both group have statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion PKAB acupuncture method showed good effect in treatment of LDH, and worthy of clinical promotion.
