不同时期整枝套无纺布对甜樱桃微环境和品质的影响

摘    要:以中晚熟"美早"为试材,研究了在不同时期整枝套无纺布袋对美早生理生态指标以及果实品质的影响。结果表明:套袋改变了甜樱桃的生长发育环境,5月1日前套袋,果重比对照的低,但其他的果实品质,如可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、固酸比、硬度相差不大。叶片的比叶重以及叶绿素、胡萝卜素比对照的低,但是MDA含量均显著低于对照的,5月5日套袋,能够显著提高果实的一些品质,如果重、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸,且对叶片生理指标影响较小。5月5日以后套袋,虽能提高果实的一些品质,但不如5月5日套袋的。因此,5月5日套袋可以显著提高果实品质,且叶片质量也相对较好。

Effects of Different Bagging Period on The Microenvironment and Qulity of Sweet Cherry Over Whole Branch by Non-woven Fabric

Abstract:Taking "Prunus aviumL."as test material, this paper studied the effects of bagging with non-woven fabric on different period over whole branch on its fruit and leaf quality and the microenvironment within the bags. The results showed that bagging could change the microenvironment of the whole branch, different period bagging has different impact on fruit and leaf quality. Bagging before May 1, the quality of fruit weight is lower than that of the control, others qualities such as fruit soluble sugar, soluble solid, and sugar/acid ra- tio and hardness are similar to those of control, What is more, the content of leaf MDA is lower than those of control, expect the specific leaf weight and photosynthetic pigment content . Maybe the microenvironment can improve the qualities both the fruit and the leaf. Bagging after May 5, though the weight is higher than that of the control, and other qualities are also improved, but compared with bagging at May 5, it less effect. Therefore, bagging at May 5 can improve the fruit quality significantly, and the quality of leaf also improved.
