铜胁迫对小白菜品质的影响 |

摘 要: | 近年来,日益严重的铜污染导致的高等植物铜毒害问题逐渐凸现,通过对铜胁迫下小白菜的品质相关指标的试验研究发现:外界铜胁迫会使植株硝酸盐含量减少,NR活性和Vc含量也有类似变化;而可溶性蛋白含量在低浓度铜胁迫下略有增加,但随着铜浓度升高会显著减少;可溶性糖含量也是先上升,超过一定浓度又会呈现明显的下降趋势.

Abstract: | Copper stress led to the reduction of nitrate content of plants. Nitrate reductase (NR) activity and vitamin C showed in negative correlation of copper stress.The contents of soluble protein lightly increased, then declined distinctly under the higher concentration of copper stress.The contents of soluble sugar increased in low-copper solution, then reduced when the copper concentration is above the certain degree. |
