脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹行自血疗法与梅花针联合治疗的效果观察

目的 观察脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹行自血疗法与梅花针联合治疗的效果。方法 随机选取本院2016年1月至2017年10月收治的脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹患者200例，随机数字表法分为3组，66例予以自血疗法治疗者为A组，66例予以梅花针治疗者为B组，68例予以梅花针联合自血疗法治疗者为C组，对比分析3组治疗前后荨麻疹活动评分、免疫功能与复发情况。结果 治疗后，C组荨麻疹活动度评分较A组、B组低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，C组辅助性T细胞（CD4⁺）、细胞毒性T细胞（CD8⁺）及CD4⁺/CD8⁺值优于A组、B组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；C组复发率较A组、B组低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹行自血疗法与梅花针联合治疗可有效降低荨麻疹活动度评分，改善免疫功能，并且减少复发率，值得推广。

Effect Observation on the Autohemotherapy with Plum Acupuncture Treatment of Urticaria with Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Retention Syndrome

Objective To analyze the effects of autohemotherapy with plum acupuncture treatment of urticaria with spleen deficiency and dampness retention syndrome. Methods A total of 200 patients with urticaria with spleen deficiency and dampness retention syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into 3 groups. 66 patients were treated with autohemotherapy as the group A, 66 were treated with plum acupuncturein as the group B, and 68 were treated with autohemotherapy and plum acupuncture as the group C. The urticaria activity score, immune function and recurrence were compared between the 3 groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the urticaria activity score of group C was lower than that of group A and B, with statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the value of adjuvant T cells (CD4⁺), cytotoxic T cells (CD8⁺) and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ in C group were superior to group A and group B, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in group C was 2.94%, which was lower than 15.15% in group A and 16.67% in group B, respectively, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The autohemotherapy and plum blossom needle therapy in the treatment of urticaria with spleen deficiency and dampness retention syndrome can effectively reduce urticaria''s activity score, improve immune function and reduce recurrence, which is worthy of application.
