中药封包配合臭氧、玻璃酸钠治疗早期创伤性踝关节炎的临床观察

目的 观察中药封包外敷联合臭氧、玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗早期踝关节创伤性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 收集创伤性踝关节炎患者50例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组25例行单纯玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗，治疗组25例行玻璃酸钠、臭氧关节腔注射，并予中药封包外敷治疗，根据治疗前、治疗后1周、5周及治疗后6个月视觉模拟评分（VAS），踝关节功能Mazur评分及临床有效率对比评估两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组各时间点的VAS评分较治疗前均降低，且治疗组降低幅度均大于对照组（P<0.05）；在治疗后各时间点，两组Mazur评分均比治疗前高，且治疗组提升幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后治疗组临床有效率96%高于对照组88%（P<0.05）；两组均未观察到明显的不良反应。结论 中药封包配合踝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠、臭氧治疗和单纯玻璃酸钠踝关节注射治疗对早期踝关节创伤性关节炎均可取得一定疗效，且前者治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎能更好地改善早期症状及巩固远期疗效。

Clinical Effect of Chinese Medicine Packet Combined with Ozone and Sodium Hyaluronate on Early Stage Traumatic Anklebone Arthritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine packet external application combined with ozone and sodium hyaluronate for injection on early stage traumatic anklebone arthritis. Methods The 50 patients with traumatic anklebone arthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given with sodium hyaluronate injection therapy, the observation group was treated by Chinese medicine packet external application combined with ozone and sodium hyaluronate for injection. The effect of treatment in both groups was assessed according to the VAS pain score, score of ankle function and clinical cure rate at the pre-treatment, 1 week, 5 weeks and 6 months after treatment. Results After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups at each time point were lower than before treatment, and the decrease rate of the observation group was greater than that of the control group (P<0.05). At each time point after treatment, the Mazur scores of two groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96%, which was higher than that of the control group 88% (P<0.05). No adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Chinese medicine packet combined with ozone and sodium hyaluronate for injection shows good effect on early stage traumatic anklebone arthritis. And the packet application could better improve the early symptoms and consolidate the long-term effect.
