硫脲对水稻幼苗生长和部分生理指标的影响

摘    要:充分吸胀的水稻种子经0 ̄1000mg/L的硫脲溶液培养,随着硫脲浓度增加,幼苗生长受到抑制,表现在株高、根长、根数、干重明显降低,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量及膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量下降;硫脲浓度50 ̄500mg/L使幼苗可溶性糖含量增加、500mg/L以上浓度使可溶性蛋白含量降低、300mg/L以上浓度使SOD活性下降。

Effects of Thiurea on Growth and Some Physiological Character of Rice Seedlings

Abstract:Hydro-absorbent rice seed was cultured with thiurea solution (thiurea conc. 0~1000mg/L), the effects of thiurea on seedling growth and some physiological index were studied. The results showed that high conc. of thiurea inhibited shoot height, root length, root number and dry matter weight of seedling, lowed chlorophyll content, carotenoid content and malon-dialdehyde concentration in leaves. Thiurea(50~500mg/L) increased soluble sugar content, while high concentration of thiurea(above 500mg/L) decreased soluble protein content and thiurea(above 300mg/L) inhibited the activity of SOD.
