三种天然抗氧化成分对沙蒿籽油抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:为了更好的开发利用沙蒿籽油,找出适合的天然抗氧化剂,用碘量法研究了生姜、花生壳、茶叶不同浓度的乙醇提取物对沙蒿籽油的抗氧化作用。结果表明:5%生姜提取物、5%花生壳提取物、7%茶叶提取物对沙蒿籽油均有很好的抗氧化作用,其中7%茶叶提取物效果最为明显。

Study on Anti-oxidation of Three Natural Antioxidative Components for Artemisia Oil

Abstract:In order to find the natural anti-oxidation that fitted the artemisia oil, it could make the artemisia oil empolder and utilize plenty. The anti-oxidation of different consistences of the ethanclic extract from ginger, peanut shell and tea was studied in artemisia oil by Na2S2O3-I2 titrimetric method respectively. The result indicated the extract of 5 percent ginger and peanut shell, 7 percent tea has effective anti-oxidation for artemisia oil, among which 7 percent tea was most effective.
