采后离水时间及保鲜剂对金百合品质的影响

摘    要:就不同离水时间及保鲜剂对金百合切花品质的影响进行了初步探讨。结果表明,金百合采后4~8h采用0.2mMSTS 10%SUC 0.1g/LGA 1mMMgCl2 5mg/L6-BA进行预处理,结合200mg/L8-HQC 2%SUC 200mg/LAl2(SO4)3 2mg/L6-BA进行瓶插保鲜,其观赏品质最好。

Effects of Water Detacted Time after Harvest and Preservative on Ornamental Quality of Lilium Asiatic

Abstract:Preliminary studies were conducted on effects of water detacted time and preservation on ornamental quality of cut lilium Asiatic. The results suggested that pretreatment with 0.2mM STS+10% SUC+0.1g/L GA+ 1mM Mgcl2 + 5mg/L 6-BA combined preservation on vase with 200mg/L 8-HQC+2% SUC+200 mg/L Al2(SO4)3+2 mg/L 6-BA after harvest 4~8 hours could achieve the best ornamental quality.
