塔里木河灌区滴灌海岛棉田土壤微生物活性的变化初探

摘    要:对不同灌溉方式下土壤微生物活性的初步研究结果表明:滴灌方式下棉田的微生物数量及根际、根外微生物数量均多于沟灌;两种滴灌方式都具有明显的根际效应;滴灌使土壤处于厌气条件,土壤酶活性没有明显增加,但由于滴灌可随水滴肥,适时适量供给棉花生长所需肥水,仍能满足作物生长需求。

Preliminary Searching for the Characteristics of Soil Biological of Seaisland Cotton Field in Tarum Valley in Drop Irrigation

Abstract:Preliminary Searching for the Characteristics of Soil Biological of Seaisland Cotton Field in Different Irrigation Models, The result showed that the quantities of microbe of seaisland cotton field, rhizosphere and no-rhizosphere in drop irrigation is more than in furrow irrigation. Effect of rhizoshpere is evident in two drops irrigation. Soil is anaerobeic in drop irrigation ,the soil enzyme activity is increase obsolete, but drop irrigation can offer moisture and nutrient to crop quantitative with water, and maintain sensible concentration of nutrient and moisture also, gratify desideration of the cotton to water and fertilizer suitable time, quantum sufficit, timely and enhance utilization of moisture and nutrient in effect, effectiveness of the increase in yield is very well.
