种业国际化发展趋势及中国的对策研究

根据种业国际化的主要特征,分析了制约中国种业国际化的障碍因子。针对目前种业发展中存在的问题,从企业机制、育种新技术应用、产业发展方向和市场管理等方面提出了相应的对策。主要包括积极转换企业机制,重视发展龙头企业,加大对种业的科技投入,加速发展和推广应用生物技术进行作物育种,依法对种子产业进行管理,提升中国种子产业化水平等。

The Internationalization of Seed Business and the Studies of Its Tactics

Based on the main characters of internationalization of seed business, its limiting factors in China were analyzed in this paper. Considering the main problems existing in the development of seed business, some tactics were submitted based on the mechanism of enterprises, the application of new breeding technique, the developing direction of seed business and market management. The tactics included in changing the mechanism of our enterprises, paying more attention to the development of key enterprises, giving more support to the research of seed production, accelerating the application of biotechnology to plant breeding, strengthening the management to seed business and promoting the level of seed internationalization.
