| 摘 要： | 生态农业组织管理对于推进生态农业发展具有重要的意义。本文在对生态农业组织管定义，论述其主要职责的基础上，介绍了不同生态农业发展阶段的组织管理实践，论述了我国生态农业组织管理的主要经验与存在的主要问题，最后提出了加强我国生态农业组织管理的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Organization and management plays an important role on promoting the development of ecological agriculture. On the basis of making the definition of organization and management of ecological agriculture, expounding its main function, the paper introduces the organization and management practice in different development stages of ecological agriculture and discusses the main experience and problem in the course of organization and management and finally put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the organization and management of ecological agriculture. |
