不同基因型烤烟叶片致香物质含量的对比分析

摘    要:对中国推广种植的5个不同基因型烤烟品种烤后烟叶的致香物质含量进行了比较分析。结果表明,上部叶总的致香物质含量由高到低依次为NC89、K326、RG17、云烟85、中烟98,中部叶依次为云烟85、中烟98、NC89、RG17、K326。不同基因型烤烟叶片间致香物质的含量差异比较大。因此,培育优良的烤烟品种是生产优质烟叶的关键措施之一。

Study on Contents of Aroma Constituents of Different Genotypes in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

Abstract:Contents of aroma constituents of 5 flue-cured tobacco cultivars were studied. The results indicated that total contents of aroma constituents of upper leaf varied from high to low was NC89, K326, RG17, Yunyan 85, Zhongyan 98, while that of middle leaf was Yunyan 85, Zhongyan 98, NC89, RG17, K326, and there were significant difference among different tobacco genotypes. So, breeding good varieties of flue-cured tobacco is one of the key measures for producing high quality tobacco leaves.
