黑龙江野生大豆优异资源筛选、评价及利用的研究

摘    要:通过近25年的评价与利用,筛选出高蛋白含量48%以上的49份;抗孢囊线虫3号种质8份;抗花叶病毒种质5份;多花荚、多分枝、抗逆性强等种质9份;双高(高油、高蛋白)66.16%的品系1份;并通过种间创新获得百粒重在6 ̄20g,蛋白质含量中间种质材料,丰富了大豆遗传基础。

Abstract:Through the appraisal and usage in the past 25 years, more than 48% of 49 shares that screen the content of high protein are gained;Among them size 3 a kind of 8 qualities are resistant to spore bag nematode;a kind of 5 qualities is resistant to colored leaf virus; 9 varieties with flowery pod, more branches and highly resistant to stress is gained;one pair high Variety is 66.16% (high oil,high protein). Through renovation among varieties, the yield of 6~20g/per 100 weeds is gained, which make hereditary foundation of soybeans abundant.
