Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution and Its Tactics of Preventing and Curing

农业非点源污染是生态环境建设中遇到的关键问题之一,正日益受到重视。笔者分析了农业非点源污染的现状,指出化肥和农药的不合理施用是农业非点源污染的主源;畜禽粪便和“白色污染”也不可忽视。提高全民环保意识,加强农业非点源污染的监测,科学控制化肥农药等农用化学物质的施用,合理处置各类粪便,综合治理“白色污染”,发展无公害有机农业,是防治农业非点源污染的有效策略。

Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution and Its Tactics of Preventing and Curing

The agricultural non-point source pollution is one of the key problems met in the construction of ecological agriculture, being paid attention to day by day .The paper analyzed the current situation of a-gricultural Non-point Source Pollution, pointed out that unreasonable useness of chemical fertilizer and pesticide is the main source of pollution in agricultural non-point source pollution, the beasts and birds excrement and urine and " White pollution " can''t be ignored either,and think that improves the whole people''s environmental consciousness, some strengthen monitoring at agricultural non-point source pollution polluted ,science controls the using of agricultural chemical material as chemical fertilizer and pesticide , handle all kinds of excrement and urine rationally , and comprehensive administration at "white pollution" , develop ecological agriculture are the effective tactics to prevent and cure the agricultural non-point source pollution
