| 摘 要： | 基因芯片是研究生物大分子功能的新技术,目前此技术已经广泛地应用到植物基因组研究中。本文对基因芯片技术在水稻的基因表达检测、特异性相关基因分离、生长发育研究、杂种优势预测、种子纯度检测以及转基因植株检测与鉴定等方面的应用情况进行了详细的综述。

| Abstract: | Gene chip is a new technology used to analyze the function of biological macromolecules. Up to now, this technology has been widely applied to the study of plant genome. In this article, we have a detailed summarization of gene chip technology about its application on rice gene expression detection, specific trait related gene isolation, growth and development research, heterosis prediction, seed purity detection , transgenic plant detection or characterization and so on. |
