生物新技术在甜玉米育种中的应用研究进展

摘    要:甜玉米是新兴的保健型农作物,生物新技术育种发展很快。转基因抗虫甜玉米品种于1998年在美国和加拿大等商品化生产,商品化率提高10%。利用分子标记方法,将花丝抗虫基因、耐寒基因、抗矮花叶病基因、幼苗长势基因和甜玉米食用品质相关基因等定位到相应染色体上。利用甜玉米作物生物反应器研究和分子标记应用资源特征鉴定研究也取得新进展。

Abstract:Sweet corn is a new type healthy food, the development of biotechnology research in sweet corn were rapid. The pest-resistant transgenic sweet corns had been commercial used in U.S. and Canada since 1998, and the economic rate was increased 10%. Location of function genes with molecular marking in sweet corn was also great, the quantity genes of pest resistant in silk, cold resistant, chlorotic dwarf virus resistant, seedling growing and taste qualities in sweet corn were located in chromosome, respectively. Besides, Bio-reactor research and identification of sweet corn resources using molecular marker were being advanced.
