喷施钾肥对烤烟上部成熟中叶片生理特性及化学成分的影响

摘    要:为解决上部烟叶钾含量低,可用性差的问题,研究了叶面喷施钾肥对烤烟上部烟叶成熟过程中生理特性及化学成分的影响。结果表明:从烟叶移栽40d后开始每10d对上部叶喷施0.5%的K2SO4、KH2PO4、KNO3在一定程度上增强烟叶内转化酶和硝酸还原酶的活性,提高烟叶钾含量,色素含量也有不同程度增加。烟叶内碳水化合物含量增加,含氮化合物含量降低,化学成分更为协调。其中以喷施0.5%的KH2PO4效果最好。

Effects of Spraying Potash Fertilizer at the Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf on the Physiology Characteristic and Chemical Composition During the Upper Ripening Process

Abstract:In order to resolve the current situation that the content of Potassium in the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco were too low and the usability of which was bad, we studied the effects of spraying potash fertilizer at the flue-cured tobacco leaf on the physiology characteristic and chemical composition during the upper ripening process. The results showed that it could enhance the activity of invertase and nitrate reductase when spraying 0.5% of potash fertilizer(K2SO4?KH2PO4?KNO3) on the flue-cured tobacco leaf every 10d when transplanting 40d, it also improved the content of Potassium and pigment, and the content of carbohydrate increased too, while the content of nitrogen containing compound lowed, and the chemical composition were more coordination, and in which spraying 0.5% of KH2PO4 had better effects.
