| 摘 要： | 对河北省某规模化猪场病死猪进行临床诊断和实验室诊断,通过采取病料直接涂片染色镜检,病原分离培养,初步怀疑为链球菌。对纯化的分离细菌进行动物试验、生化试验,确定该病原菌为链球菌。分离菌经过液体增菌后,提取细菌基因组DNA,用荚膜多糖基因的特异性引物分别扩增出与设计大小相符条带,将PCR产物送至上海生物工程有限公司进行序列测定,并进行序列分析,确定为该菌株为猪链球菌2型。

Identification of type 2 of swine streptococcus suis from piglets by PCR in Hebei |

| Abstract: | A strain of pathogenic swine streptococcus was isolated and identified from dead piglets in a case of a pig farm. The identification was achieved by phenotypic, biochemical specificity experiment and antimicrobial sensitivity analysis. The results indicate that the pathogen is treptococcus. The colonies of streptococcus suis were purified and liquid-cultured, then the DNA was extracted and objective fragments. The results indicated the strain was swine streptococcus suis type 2. |
