植物特异DNA序列应用研究进展

摘    要:植物特异DNA序列是指在某些植物属、种、基因组或染色体上单独具有的特异存在的DNA序列。几乎所有的高等生物基因组中都有一些物种或基因组特异(有)的DNA序列。研究这些特定序列,对研究物种间在进化过程中的关系及现有物种间的亲缘关系、特异性状表达等方面有着重要的意义。简述了植物特异DNA序列的种类,总结了利用特异DNA序列作为与某一性状基因连锁的分子标记的应用情况,以及特异DNA序列在鉴定外源染色体的来源、某一染色体组或基因组、某一物种或属植物等方面的应用情况,提出了存在的问题与应用前景。

Research Advance in Applications of Specific DNA Sequences in Plants

Abstract:The specific sequences of DNA in plants were the DNA sequences that were specific existed in some chromosome, genome, species or genus of plant. Almost of the advanced biological genome had some species specific DNA sequences or genome specific DNA sequences. So these specific DNA sequences studying in plant were very important to analyze the relationship among species during their evolvement, the sibship between species, the expression of specific traits and so on. In this paper, the type of specific sequences of DNA in plants was summarized, the utilizing of specific sequences of DNA were concluded to identify genes linkage one character, the origin of extrinsic chromosome, genome, species or genus in plants and so on. The problems that exist in these researches and the progress of utilizing these methods were also reviewed.
