用普通电脑－打印机描绘电泳图谱的研究

针对生物科学研究中电泳技术的广泛应用，而专配的图谱扫描仪还远未普及，造成电泳图谱记录工作繁琐的现状，进行了用普通微机－打印机描绘电泳图谱的研究，以ＱｕｉｃｋＢＡＳＩＣ为编程环境，主要采用８ＡＳＩＣ语言的作图语句和ＤＯＳ５．０以上版本中的ＧＲＡＰＨＩＣＳ作图命令，编写了微机描绘电泳图谱的程序，并编译成在ＤＯＳ系统下可直接执行的软件。此软件可在２８６．３８６或更高档的普通微机上运行，能在各种打印机上打印输出，该软件使用灵活简便，不仅可消除手描误差，而且打印出的电泳图谱整齐匀称美观，有效地提高图谱描绘的质量，为满足一般人员使用，特编有中文提示的程序。

Studies on drawing of electrophoregrams aided by general computer with printer

Studies on computer-aided drawing of electrophoregrams were conducted. A program for electrophoregrams printed out in ordinary printer was written on Quick BASIC compiling back-ground using drawing sentences of BASIC computer language with graph screen-copy command GRAPNICS. COM in DOS above version 5.0,and has been compiled as a executive file which can be directly run in DOS system-state. A version of program of which the questions were displained in chinese for the users who would not be familiar to English was also written and compiled.The software is suitable for any 286,386 or higher grades computers. It can be easily used,and able to decrease greatly arduous labor for drawing,eliminate the errors resulted from drawing in hand,give a regular,well-proportioned and beautiful map of electrophoresis.
