谷氨酰胺对岭南黄肉鸡生长性能、养分利用率与消化器官发育的影响

摘    要:将144羽14日龄岭南黄肉鸡随机分成4组(每组6个重复,每个重复6羽),在各组基础日粮中分别添加0(CK)、0.2%、0.4%和0.6%的谷氨酰胺(glutamine,Gln),饲养试验分为14~28、29~42日龄2个阶段,测定其生长性能与养分利用率,并于42日龄进行屠宰,取样分析消化器官的发育情况.结果表明:与对照组相比,岭南黄肉鸡日粮中添加0.2%Gln显著提高十二指肠黏膜厚度(P<0.05),对其他试验指标无显著影响(P>0.05);添加0.4%Gln极显著提高肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度、黏膜厚度与空肠绒毛高度(P<0.01),显著降低十二指肠、空肠隐窝深度与增加空肠黏膜厚度(P<0.05),在14~28日龄极显著提高平均日采食量与平均日增质量(P<0.01),显著降低料质量比(P<0.05),显著提高干物质与粗蛋白利用率(P<0.05),29~42日龄显著提高粗纤维利用率(P<0.05);添加0.6%Gln显著降低肌胃指数(P<0.05),在14~28日龄显著提高平均日增质量(P<0.05),29~42日龄显著增加平均日采食量、平均日增质量与干物质利用率(P<0.05),并显著下调料质量比(P<0.05).由此可知,在岭南黄肉鸡日粮中适量添加Gln能促进消化器官发育,并提高养分利用率与生长性能,尤以0.4%Gln的添加效果最为理想.
