摘    要:确定双内啮合渐开线行星齿轮减速器内齿轮副的设计参数,从制造到安装有许多限制条件。传统采用的设计计算方法是试算法,封闭图法和几何表格法。这些方法要化费较多的计算和验算时间。本文提出的计算机辅助设计方法较为简便。按照这方法编制的源程序进行计算能减轻设计人员的工作量,缩短设计时间。使用本程序时只要按照计算程序框图的说明向计算机输入原始数据即可。

Abstract:To determine the internal gear pair design parameters of two-stage internal contact involute planet gear reducer all constrained conditions from machining to assembly must be satisfied. Traditionally, the trial-and-error procedure, the closed curve procedure and the geometrial tabulation procedure are adopted for design and calculation. It with take the designer planiy of time. A method of CAD is here suggusted. It is simpler than that in the past. The source program following this method will both cut down the work of design and shorlen the time of design. It is necessary simply to input the required data according to the calculating block diagram during using.
