| 摘 要： | 蚕豆、毛豆、豌豆等在加工中的一个主要问题是鲜豆脱粒比较困难,作者针对这一问题进行了新型挤压轧辊脱粒机的研究,研究内容包括脱粒原理、单对轧辊脱粒试验及液响脱壳率因素的试验与分析。

| Abstract: | The processing of fresh beans has developed rapidly in recent years. But the main shelling technology is still completed by hand. A new type rolling shelter was developed. The main infer mation was introduced,including the principle of shelling,the test resell of one pair of rollers shelling,the factors which affect the rate of shelling. The result proved that this new type sheller was effeclive for fresh beans shelling. |
