钾营养影响水稻叶绿体的形态定量分析

摘    要:应用透射电镜观察了不同钾营养(k0:不施钾;k1:1.5g/盆)影响水稻叶绿体发育的超微结构,并应用图象分析技术和形态计量学方法,测定分析了叶绿体的二维形态参数和三维体视学参数。结果表明:水稻叶绿体的面积、周长、等效直径在抽叶第9天比第2天显著增大(p<0.01),k1较k0有显著增大(p<0.01)。体密度、面密度随生长期而增大,方差分析显示与生长天数呈高度正相关(p<0.01),k1较k0有一定的增大。k1叶绿体发育较k0提早,而解体较迟。本实验结果进一步证明了钾有促进水稻叶绿体发育、延缓其衰老、提高光合作用的效应。

Morphometric analysis of effect of K nutrition on developmental course of rice chloroplast. Journal of Zhejiang Agricultural University
Abstract:In this study the rice chloroplast treated with potassium at different developing stages was examined under the transmission electron microscope Image analysis techniques and morphometric methods were used to measure the stereological parameters of rice chloroplast The results showed that the area, circumference and equivalent diameter of chloroplast were obvious difference ( p <0 01) between at 9th day and at 2nd day The volume density and surface density of chloroplast were positively related ( p <0 01) with the leave development and were difference between k 1 and k 0 The chloroplast of k 1 treatment was developed quickly but destructed slowly These results indicated that potassium nutrition promoted the development of rice chloroplast and accelerated the activity of photosynthetic apparatus
