摘    要:有机相酶催化近年来吸引了众多研究者的关注。本文着重从酶的修饰,酶分子的生物印迹,酶晶体的交联,酶的纯化方式与预处理过程,酶的固定化等脂肪酶的改性因素对酶催化反应的速率与对映体选择性的影响作一综述。

Abstract:Lipase-catalyzed resolution and asymmetric synthesis in organic media have attracted many researchers in recent years. The reaction rate and enantioselectivity of these reactions are affected by many factors, including the modification of the enzyme, the imprinting of the enzyme, the cross-linking of the enzyme, the purification and pretreatment procedure of the enzyme, and the immobilization method of the enzyme. This paper gives a review on these factors. These factors can greatly change the reaction rate and the enantioselectivity .
