黄胸散白蚁和台湾家白蚁不同品级虫体内纤维素酶的活性

摘    要:研究了黄胸散白蚁Reticulitermes flaviceps和台湾家白蚁Coptotermes formosanus的工蚁、兵蚁和繁殖蚁体内纤维素酶的活性。结果表明,两种白蚁三类品级的虫体中都存在纤维素酶的三类主要组份:内切β-1,4-葡聚糖酶,外切-β-1,4-葡聚糖酶和β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶,且不同酶的活性存在着极显著差异。酶活性也与白蚁种类和品级有关。台湾家白蚁虫体内的内切β-1,4-葡聚糖酶和外切β-1,4-葡聚糖酶的活性明显高于黄胸散白蚁;白蚁工蚁体内的内切β-1,4-葡聚糖酶活性高于兵蚁;而对于β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶,白蚁种类和品级间均无显著性差异。

Cellulase activities in different castes of two termites: Reticulitermes flaviceps and Coptotermes formosanus
Abstract:Cellulase and its component activities, endo-1,4-β-D-glucanase,exo-1,4-β-D-glucanase and β-Glucosidase were measured in workers, soldiers and reproductives in Reticulitermes flaviceps and Coptotermes formosanus. The results showed that cellulase existed in three castes of two termites and there was significant difference in different component activities. Cellulase activities were associated with the species and castes of termites. The activities of endo-1,4-β-D-glucanase and exo-1,4-β-D-glucanase in Coptotermes formosanus were higher than in Reticulitermes flaviceps while the activities of endo-1,4-β-D-glucanase in workers were higher than in solders. The results also showed that the activities of β-Glucosidase were no significant difference in two species and three castes of termites.
