茶尺蠖NPV对茶尺蠖幼虫取食及生长发育的影响

摘    要:喂饲茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒(EoNPV)后,茶尺蠖幼虫的总食量极显著下降。1、2龄初饲毒,减少90.99~99.39%;3、4、5龄初饲毒,减少47.24~54.18%。总食量减少的主要原因是取食速率的显著减缓。1龄初饲毒,总取食期极显著缩短;2、5龄初饲毒,与对照无显著差异;3、4龄初饲毒,则总取食期极显著延长。各龄初饲毒后,该龄和下几龄的历期一般都极显著延长。饲毒后,幼虫体重明显减轻,能化蛹的蛹重也显著下降,但蛹历期和成虫寿命不受影响,上述结果表明,以EoNPV防治茶尺蠖幼虫宜在2龄初或其以前应用。在3龄初及其以后饲毒,高温条件下虽然幼虫死亡率不高,但总食量明显下降,仍有一定的效果。

Abstract:The total food consumption of Ectropis obliqua hypulina larvae fed with the nuclear polyhedrosis virus from Ectropis obliqua hypulina ( EONPV ) was reduced significantly. The reduction was 99.39% or 90.93% respectively when the larvae were fed with the virus at the beginning of the first or second instar, and 47.20%, 54.18% or 50.36% respectively at the beginning of the third, fourth or fifth instar. A significant drop in feeding rate was the main cause for this reduction. The larval feeding period was shortened obviously when the larvae were fed with the virus at the beginning of the first instar, and lengthened remarkably at the beginning of the third or fourth instar. The stadia in which the larvae were just fed with the virus and the next several stadia were usually longer than those of the healthy ones. The mean body weight of the larvae fed with the virus was much lighter than that of the normal ones, and the mean pupal weight of the geometrid survived from the infection was also distinctly lighter than that of the healthy ones, but there was no significant difference between the average pupal period or adult life-span of the geometrid survived from the infection and that of the check. It was concluded that in genreal, the EONPV for suppressing Eclropis obliqua hypulina population should be applied at or before the beginning of the second instar. Under a high temperature condition the mortality of the larvae fed with the virus at or after the beginning of the third instar was low, but the reduction of the total food consumption was distinct and this brought certain interest.
