摘    要:选用广谱高抗白叶枯病的籼稻IRBB21为抗源供体(Xa-21),抗稻瘟病感白叶枯病的晚粳T91-50为轮回亲本,通过连续回交和花培转育显性抗性基因Xa-21.结果表明,连续回交结合在B2F2中选择偏粳的抗病植株花培,是籼粳亚种间转育抗白叶枯病基因的快速、有效方法,并对连续回交转育显、隐性抗性基因的技术特点、速度和效果进行了比较

Abstract:Using the indica rice variety IRBB 21 with wider resistance spectrum and high resistance to bacterial blight (BB) as resistance donor and late japonica T91 50 with resistance to blast and susceptible to BB as recurrent parents, the dominant resistant gene Xa 21 was transferred by successive backcross procedures (SBP) and anther culture (AC). Results of the study show that SBP combined with AC for obtaining resistant plants in B 2F 2 generations is a rapid and effective method of transferring resistance gene for BB between indica and japonica. Comparison of technical characteristic, speed and effect of transferring dominant and recessive resistant genes by SBP was made.
