赤霉素对多效唑在小麦中若干生长和生理效应的修饰作用

摘    要:研究了在小麦分蘖期多效唑单独或与赤霉素混合使用时赤霉素对多效唑若干生长和生理效应的修饰作用.结果表明,赤霉素减小多效唑的促进分蘖和降低株高的作用,增加不同分蘖的干物质积累,改善植株氮代谢,有利于生育后期氮素向分蘖转运,促进分蘖生长,显著减小主茎穗和分蘖穗的差异,与对照相比,多效唑单独处理,单株穗数多,但每穗粒数少;而混合处理各个产量因子均有一定增长.

Abstract:GA3 modification of some growth and physiological effects of PP333 was studied by applying PP333 alone and in combination with GA3 at the tillering stage of wheat.Results showed that GA3 reduced the effect of stimulating tillering and short-ening plant height by PP333, increased the dry matter accumulation of different tillers,improved plant N metabolism,favouring N translocation into tillers at late growth stage,and stimulated tiller development,obviously reducing the difference in spike weight among tillers and main shoot.In comparison with control,there were more spikes per plant and less grain number prt spike in the PP33s treatment,but all yield components developed positively in the treatment with the mixture of GA3 and PP333.
